CITY OF NEWBURGH - A City of Newburgh man is charged with predatory sexual assault against a child following an investigation by state police's Child Abuse Unit in Orange County and Child Protective Services.

Luis Aguilar Guerra, 24, of the City of Newburgh, was arrested on Thursday after an investigation into allegations he engaged in sexual conduct with a child less than 13 years old, state police said in a news release issued Monday.
There may be more victims, state police said, and anyone with information is encouraged to call state police's Middletown barracks at 344-5300.
Aguilar Guerra was charged with predatory sexual assault against a child and second-degree criminal sex act, felonies, according to the release.
He was arraigned in Newburgh City Court and sent to the Orange County Jail without bail.
